Job summary

SBS Info Systems seeks a ServiceNow developer to design, configure, and migrate ITSM and App Engine applications for Navy stakeholders in San Diego. You will implement security controls, conduct testing, and support Agile delivery while maintaining documentation and conducting knowledge-transfer sessions.

Five years of IT experience and three years of hands-on ServiceNow work are required, with certifications at start and the ability to obtain Navy access credentials.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive information technology experience.
• Three years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• ServiceNow certifications required at contract start.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Navy access credentials (CAC/DBIDS).
• Onsite work at Naval Base San Diego.

Responsibilities

• Configure SSO, LDAP, SAML, RBAC, and field-level security.
• Support workflows containing PII and PHI.

• Conduct training, demonstrations, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Work directly with Navy stakeholders and government technical personnel.

Job description

Develop, configure, integrate, test, and support ServiceNow applications and workflows. The developer will support Oracle APEX application migration, ITSM implementation, App Engine development, systems integration, security configuration, documentation, and user knowledge transfer.

• Configure and develop ServiceNow ITSM and App Engine applications.
• Migrate Oracle APEX applications and business processes to ServiceNow.
• Configure SSO, LDAP, SAML, role-based access, and field-level security.
• Support workflows containing PII and PHI.
• Perform testing, peer reviews, defect correction, and release support.

• Ability to work full‑time onsite at Naval Base San Diego.
