Job summary

The candidate will assist with platform enhancements, workflows, and UI policies while supporting ITSM modules such as Incident, Change, and Service Catalog. Strong collaboration and quick learning are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Recent grad or up to 2 years in software dev, IT support, or app administration.
• Basic ServiceNow platform familiarity and ITSM processes.

Responsibilities

• Support development, configuration, and maintenance of ServiceNow apps.
• Assist with platform enhancements, forms, business rules, and UI policies.
• Troubleshoot basic incidents, defects, and config issues.
• Support ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog.
• Assist testing, validation, and deployment of enhancements.
• Document processes, workflows, and knowledge articles.
• Collaborate with users and teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Configure forms, fields, notifications, and integrations.
