Job summary

DMI, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead delivery of a ServiceNow service management maturity, support, and development program for the U.S. Senate Sergeant at Arms (SAA).

The program runs in two phases: an assessment and planning phase producing a current-state baseline, future-state service delivery model, and prioritized implementation roadmap; followed by iterative implementation against the customer-approved roadmap.

Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise IT service management or platform implementation projects of comparable scope and complexity.
• Experience serving as Scrum Master and implementing Agile project management methodologies.
• Working familiarity with Waterfall methodologies and hybrid delivery environments.
• Experience managing a formal Government deliverable set through draft, review, and written acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Project Plan covering approach, schedule, milestones, activities, dependencies, resources, deliverables, and methodology.
• Maintain the project schedule and product backlog; track and report progress.
• Provide Weekly Status Reports with status, risks, issues, and milestones.
• Serve as primary interface to COR and customer leadership; ensure governance standards.
• Manage budget, burn, and resources; escalate constraints affecting roadmap sequencing.
