Job summary

DMI, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead a ServiceNow service management maturity, support, and development program for the U.S. Senate Sergeant at Arms.

The role demands Agile delivery within a government acceptance process, with responsibilities spanning planning, governance, testing, training, and organizational change. The candidate will manage schedule, budget, risks and deliverables, acting as Scrum Master and coordinating with COR and customer leadership in a hybrid on-site/remote

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP certification preferred.
• 4–6 years of project management experience in large IT programs.
• Experience managing enterprise IT service management or platform implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and backlogs, within 20 business days of award.
• Track deliverables through draft, government review, and COR acceptance.
• Serve as Scrum Master; facilitate ceremonies and protect sprint scope.
• Manage risks, issues, budget, and stakeholder communications throughout the period of performance.
