Job summary

DMI, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead a ServiceNow service management maturity, support, and development program for the U.S. Senate Sergeant at Arms. The role requires Agile delivery, governance, and formal Government acceptance, with responsibility for schedule, budget, risk, and deliverables across multiple work streams.

The position is hybrid, supporting on-site activities in Washington, DC, and remote work where feasible. A PMP and 4–6 years of PM experience are preferred, with U.S.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing enterprise IT service management or platform implementation projects of comparable scope and complexity.
• Demonstrated ability to serve as Scrum Master and implement Agile project management methodologies in practice.
• Working familiarity with Waterfall methodologies and the ability to operate in a hybrid delivery environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing a formal Government deliverable set through draft, review, and written acceptance.
• Experience managing project budget and reporting financial status to a Government customer.
• Experience owning a risk and issue register and driving mitigation to closure.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with all project stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to successfully complete the background investigation required for U.S. Senate facility and system access, and to meet ongoing personnel security reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the project plan and schedule.
• Coordinate deliverables through Government review and formal acceptance.
• Serve as Scrum Master and support Agile delivery practices.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues; manage budget and resources.
• Brief status, risks, and recommendations to COR and customer leadership.
