Job summary

DMI is seeking a Project Manager to lead delivery of a ServiceNow ITSM maturity, support, and development program for the U.S. Senate Sergeant at Arms. The role combines Agile delivery with formal Government acceptance, owning schedule, budget, risks, and deliverables across planning, governance, and training.

You will collaborate with COR and customer leadership, manage backlogs and governance artifacts, and guide the team through sprint cycles while maintaining stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and PMP certification required.
• 4–6 years of project management experience.
• Experience delivering ServiceNow ITSM programs in a government or highly regulated environment.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, risks, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and scheduling for the ServiceNow ITSM program.
• Manage deliverables through government review and acceptance.
• Serve as Scrum Master and guide Agile ceremonies.
• Maintain risk, issue, and budget logs.
• Communicate status to COR and customer leadership.
