Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams across ITSM. You’ll evaluate business needs, translate requirements into technical designs, and guide client engagements from planning through delivery, with regular travel.

You’ll mentor a multi-disciplinary team, build client relationships, and apply AI-enabled ITSM capabilities. EY offers a hybrid US-wide model and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent.
• 4–6 years ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• CSA or CAD certification with one ITSM implementation.
• 5+ years Big 4 consulting experience.
• Strong executive communication and client management skills.
• U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and manage delivery of ITSM initiatives.
• Track progress, ensure alignment with objectives and budgets.
• Lead client sessions from planning through execution and closure.
• Mentor multi-disciplinary teams including offshore resources.
