Job summary

DEPLOY's client seeks a ServiceNow Engineer to support platform architecture, implement technical solutions, and manage custom coding and configurations.

You will collaborate with developers, infrastructure and DB teams, perform upgrades, integrate APIs, and improve the ServiceNow landing page for a better user experience.

A Bachelor’s degree and at least five years in a technical role are required, along with ServiceNow Developer and System Administrator certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least five years in a technical role.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of systems and networks.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
• Experience planning API integrations and communicating details.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the ServiceNow Analyst to understand business-unit requirements and implement the corresponding technical solutions in ServiceNow.
• Implement required upgrades to the ServiceNow platform.
• Support and improve workflows across ServiceNow modules by mapping Active Directory (AD) data to the corresponding ServiceNow fields.
• Improve the user experience by building, maintaining, and enhancing DEPLOY's client's ServiceNow landing page.
