GDIT is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer focused on ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB/Platform. You will manage a self-hosted or cloud ServiceNow environment, perform platform maintenance, and work on CMDB imports and ITOM discovery. The role requires strong CMDB, ITSM, and platform expertise.

You will lead CMDB health, build business rules, and schedule jobs while collaborating with multiple teams to deploy updates and resolve issues. A 136k–184k salary range is noted for this DC area role.

SYSTEMS ENGINEER Senior - Senior ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB/Platform Engineer

This position will work to manage ServiceNow Platform system primarily managing a self-hosted or Cloud environment.

This will include the ability to perform Platform maintenance such as System Clone downs, Family upgrades, and the ability to read code and identify conflicts within updates implemented.

Position will require managing and maintaining the ServiceNow CMDB to include ability to import via data source or REST and an understanding of ITOM modules for ServiceNow discovery and system imports.

They will need to able to build business rules and schedule jobs to maintain the health of the CMDB.

This person should have a good understanding of ServiceNow and it’s components including ITSM, SAM, SPM, and App Engine.

The likely salary range for this position is $136,000 - $184,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
