Job summary

247Hire is seeking an IT Asset Management Engineer to design, build, and maintain the ServiceNow ITAM platform across CMDB, SAM, and HAM. You will engineer the integration ecosystem for CI data, tune IRE rules, and own hands-on platform build work for software models, hardware normalization, and lifecycle workflows.

You will partner with ITAM leadership, ITOM/Discovery teams, infrastructure, procurement, and application owners to ensure a well-configured, reliable platform that supports asset

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of ServiceNow CMDB administration in a large enterprise.
• Hands-on with CMDB class management, relationships, dashboards, and data remediation.
• Strong knowledge of CSDM 5.0 and IRE configuration per CI class.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the ServiceNow ITAM platform across HAM, SAM, and CMDB.
• Manage CMDB integrations, MID Server fleet, and governance scoring.
• Configure IRE rules, data sources, and precedence to resolve conflicts.
• Monitor CMDB health dashboards and drive data quality remediation.
• Oversee discovery, ITOM visibility, and integration strategies with stakeholders.
