Job summary
ALLIANT CYBERSECURITY in Houston, TX seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead planning and delivery of complex software engineering and technology initiatives, blending software engineering depth with delivery management across cross-functional teams.
You will translate business objectives into executable technical plans, manage risks, and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across time zones, including the US and India, driving AI, data, cloud, APIs and enterprise
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Significant experience leading complex software projects from planning to delivery.
- Experience applying Agile methodologies in technical delivery environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple software projects from initiation to delivery with plans, roadmaps, and milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, data, AI, and product.
- Apply Agile practices to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews.
- Translate business objectives into executable technical plans and outcomes.
