Job summary

EY seeks a Manager to lead ServiceNow Transformation, guiding UI development across mobile, web, and tablet platforms, and driving client engagements. You will mentor a multi-disciplinary team and build relationships while delivering high‑quality solutions that align with business needs.

You will manage design sessions, requirements workshops, and delivery workstreams in a hybrid client‑facing role, with travel as needed and a focus on risk and quality management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a computing or information systems field.
• Certification in ServiceNow CSA or CAD is preferred.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow Transformation teams and client relationships.
• Identify and define user requirements for UI across platforms.
• Guide, mentor and drive delivery from planning to closure.
• Travel may be required to meet client needs.
