Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining IT services.
• ServiceNow platform concepts training or certification required.
• Expertise in at least two ServiceNow modules.
• Proficient in scripting languages (JavaScript) and front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS, Angular).
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with other apps using REST API.
• Knowledge of on‑premises and cloud environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes.

Responsibilities

• Provides end‑to‑end service delivery to enable operations of the firm.
• Maintains day‑to‑day stability of systems and services.
• Monitors production environments for anomalies and addresses issues.
• Escalates issues and communicates solutions to stakeholders.
• Analyzes incidents and changes to support full‑stack tech systems.
