Select Minds LLC is seeking a skilled ServiceNow IRM Specialist to design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow's Integrated Risk Management solutions. This remote role requires collaboration with stakeholders to automate risk, compliance, and audit processes.

You will configure IRM modules, develop workflows, ensure data quality, and align the platform with frameworks such as NIST, ISO, SOC, and SOX, while supporting enterprise GRC initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Configure, customize, and administer the ServiceNow IRM / GRC modules (Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk, Business Continuity).
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow IRM solutions.
• Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations with third-party systems.
• Ensure data quality, reporting, and dashboards align with risk and compliance objectives.
• Support the implementation of risk frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, SOC, SOX).
• Provide technical guidance and best practices for ServiceNow IRM processes.
• Collaborate with audit, compliance, and security teams to align IRM with enterprise GRC programs.
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and optimize system issues related to IRM modules.

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow IRM Specialist to design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow's Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions.
