Job summary

Talent Groups is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow IRM Developer with hands-on experience in IRM and broader ServiceNow development. The ideal candidate will independently own requirements from discovery and solution design through development, testing, and production deployment.

The role demands strong configuration, scripting, workflows, and platform capabilities, plus experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM.
5+ years of overall ServiceNow development experience.
Strong experience with ServiceNow configuration, development, workflows, scripting, and platform capabilities.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and participating in sprint ceremonies.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and configuration-over-customization principles.
Experience taking ownership of development activities from requirements analysis through production deployment.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Own requirements from discovery through design, development, testing and deployment.
Develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow IRM solutions.
Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments and sprint ceremonies.
Document solutions and communicate progress clearly.
