Responsibilities

• Participate in design and discovery sessions and sprint ceremonies.
• Translate requirements into ServiceNow solutions with BA and dev leads.
• Develop ServiceNow IRM user stories and own from design through production deployment.
• Recommend out-of-the-box ServiceNow configurations wherever possible rather than customization.
• Perform testing, peer code reviews, defect resolution, and support functional/UAT testing.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation to meet audit requirements.
• Potentially develop custom applications using tools such as GitHub Copilot.

Job description

Locations: Minneapolis, Hopkins, McLean (VA), and other US Bank hub locations. In-person interviews preferred for candidates in Minneapolis,or McLean; otherwise, video.

Core Responsibilities:

• Participate in design/discovery sessions and sprint ceremonies.
• Work with BAs and development leads to translate requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop ServiceNow IRM user stories and take ownership from design through production deployment.
• Recommend out-of-the-box ServiceNow configurations wherever possible rather than customization.
