Accenture is seeking a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to lead the delivery of ServiceNow solutions in a client consulting environment. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement ITSM processes and integrations.

Travel may be required 0–100% depending on client needs. Role requires 3+ years of ServiceNow implementations, strong JavaScript development skills, and experience with Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years' experience with ServiceNow implementations.
• Minimum 3+ years' experience in JavaScript or related application development.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience with Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, Service Catalog.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; if Associate’s Degree, minimum 6 years work experience.
