Job summary

Accenture is seeking a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to translate client requirements into functional designs and user stories. You will lead process workshops, interview stakeholders, and guide Agile delivery while ensuring alignment to platform standards.

Travel may be required, ranging from 25% to 100% based on client needs. You will help define future-state service delivery processes and support UAT/QA with cross-functional teams to ensure value-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (Business or IT) or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 3+ years' ServiceNow platform experience and 2+ years leading workshops.
Experience documenting requirements and creating user stories for Agile delivery.
Ability to define future-state processes aligned to platform standards.

Responsibilities
