Accenture is seeking a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to lead delivery of ServiceNow solutions in a client consulting environment. The role requires hands-on development in JavaScript and experience with ITSM modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.

Travel may be required (0–100%), and Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is expected. This is a full-time position within Accenture's ServiceNow group, with competitive benefits and a range of locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years' experience with ServiceNow implementations.
• Minimum 3+ years' experience in JavaScript or related application development.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience with ITSM: Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years); if Associate’s Degree, 6+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ServiceNow solutions and services in client consulting engagements.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Travel may be required, up to 100% depending on business needs and client requirements.
