Job summary

LS Solutions is seeking a Manager to lead the deployment of identity governance solutions, leveraging ServiceNow Identity Governance and Veza, across complex environments. You will guide technical delivery, mentor teammates, collaborate with security teams and application owners, and drive governance standards, controls, and integration workflows to strengthen identity security.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in Identity Governance and Administration, with at least two years in ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of entitlement management, access controls, regulatory compliance, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proven ability to lead technical workstreams, communicate effectively, and solve complex problems.
• Experience with application onboarding, workflows, policies, and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead deployment of identity governance solutions, including lifecycle management, access requests, reviews, certifications, workflows, and integrations.
• Lead technical delivery, troubleshoot complex issues, and guide onboarding activities to ensure successful implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, security teams, and application owners to gather requirements and support delivery.
• Develop technical documentation, governance standards, and operational procedures aligned with best practices.
• Enhance clients' identity security posture through visibility, entitlement management, and access governance technologies.
• Mentor team members and support security transformation initiatives.
