Job summary

MedStar Health is seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Developer to design, configure, and enhance our HR Service Delivery platform, focusing on Employee Center Pro, HR Case Management, Knowledge Management, and employee self-service.

You will partner with HR and IT teams to deliver scalable, AI-enabled automation, integrate with enterprise systems, and ensure security, privacy, and governance while maintaining reliable performance across the ServiceNow environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, CS, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–4 years supporting or developing ServiceNow HRSD.
• Experience with Employee Center Pro, HR Case Management, and Knowledge Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support ServiceNow HRSD including Employee Center Pro and HR Service Catalog.
• Build solutions using Glide scripting, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
• Enhance employee self-service, navigation, content and mobile experiences.
• Support integrations, upgrades, testing, releases, and deployments.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions.
