You will own the build‑out of the GRC framework on ServiceNow, reporting to the Director of Policy Frameworks & Professional Practices to shape how Risk and Audit operate on the platform.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of hands‑on ServiceNow experience.
• Proven program management experience, end‑to‑end.
• Role sits in the true middle: not architect, not end user.
• Financial services background preferred, otherwise considered with the right ServiceNow + PM mix.
• Self‑starter with ability to manage competing priorities across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own the program management of the firm's GRC system at the intersection of Risk and Audit.
• Build out GRC frameworks on ServiceNow and QA across two lines of defense.
• Define and drive the program roadmap with senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Risk and Audit stakeholders to align priorities and delivery.
• Bridge the gap between technical ServiceNow build‑out and day‑to‑day execution.
• Operate independently as a trusted program owner balancing platform requirements with business needs.
