Job summary

Farmers & Merchants Bank of Long Beach is seeking a ServiceNow Governance Analyst to advance the IT governance program through process support and technical enablement. You will coordinate IT policies, maintain the CMDB, perform 1LOD risk testing, and assist in vendor and third-party risk management while ensuring audit readiness on the ServiceNow platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• ITIL Foundation Certification (current version) preferred or ability to obtain certification within a defined timeframe.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification preferred or willingness to pursue certification.
• Three (3) years of experience supporting IT governance, IT service management, asset management, risk management, or compliance functions.
• Three (3) years of hands-on experience administering and maintaining IT policies, procedures, standards, and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design, development, maintenance, and enhancement of ServiceNow workflows, configurations, integrations, and automation solutions.
• Administer and maintain the CMDB, including Discovery and related data sources.
• Support IT governance activities by maintaining IT policies, procedures, standards, risk assessments, and governance repositories.
• Execute and document IT risk and control testing, validate control effectiveness and evidence.
• Support third-party risk management processes, including SOC review coordination with vendors.
• Prepare documentation and reports for internal and external audits and regulatory examinations.
• Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, testing, documentation, and system enhancements.
• Maintain governance sites, documentation, and reporting tools for effective communication.
• Support IT communications related to change and incident management.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
