Job summary

Conviso Inc. is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Functional Consultant with deep expertise across ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, SecOps, HRSD, and App Engine.

The role focuses on analyzing requirements, designing process-driven solutions, and supporting complex enterprise deployments to ensure scalable, compliant implementations. The candidate will drive user adoption, coordinate with stakeholders, and provide upgrade support including UAT, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow.
• 5+ years as a Functional Consultant focused on process design, requirement gathering, and solution implementation across multiple modules.
• Proven expertise in configuring and supporting ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITBM, ITOM & ITAM.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, and configuration best practices, with familiarity in Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or SAFe methodologies, and familiarity with tools like Jira or ServiceNow PPM for requirement tracking.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow solutions across all modules.
• Design and document ServiceNow process flows, workflows, and configurations.
• Configure ServiceNow modules, including forms, workflows, UI policies, SLAs/OLAs, and reports.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and training to drive user adoption.
• Support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, Azure, AWS).
• Provide functional expertise during ServiceNow platform upgrades, conducting impact assessments, validating configurations, and supporting UAT.

Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Functional Consultant with comprehensive expertise across all ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, SecOps, HRSD, App Engine, and more. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of analyzing business requirements, designing process-driven solutions, and supporting ServiceNow implementations and optimizations in complex enterprise environments. As a ServiceNow Functional Consultant, you will collaborate with stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business objectives, drive user adoption, and ensure scalable, innovative solutions. Experience in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and federal government projects is highly desirable to support enterprise and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure ServiceNow modules, including forms, workflows, UI policies, SLAs/OLAs, and reports, ensuring adherence to platform standards and best practices.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and training to drive user adoption and ensure effective use of ServiceNow solutions.
• Support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, Azure, AWS) by defining integration requirements and validating functionality with technical teams.
• Provide functional expertise during ServiceNow platform upgrades (e.g., Washington DC, Xanadu), conducting impact assessments, validating configurations, and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow, with at least 5 years as a Functional Consultant focused on process design, requirement gathering, and solution implementation across multiple modules.
• Proven expertise in configuring and supporting ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITBM, ITOM & ITAM.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, and configuration best practices, with familiarity in platform capabilities like Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or SAFe methodologies, and familiarity with tools like Jira or ServiceNow PPM for requirement tracking.
