The ServiceNow Business Process Analyst will need experience with implementing HRSD employing ITIL best practice across an enterprise. Primary responsibility will be the creation and documentation of enterprise-wide process definition specifications to be implemented on a commercial HRSD platform. Also, responsible for analyzing existing processes and organization structures and re-engineering alternatives, with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future enterprise and systems environment. Create process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating these changes to impacted stakeholders and systems teams.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Design and aid in the implementation of HRSD process as they apply in a commercial global enterprise
2. Experience with Service providers, Managed services
3. Work to underpin IT services and IT security with implementation of IT governance
4. Design and re-engineer Information Technology support and operations for the client.
5. Modeling business processes and requirements (using structured tools and techniques, i.e., user-case scenarios) and integrating them with data and system architectural models and requirements.
6. Develop recommended operational improvements to IT and IT methodologies
7. Demonstrated experience in consulting and leading ServiceNow greenfield deployments
8. Provide guidance and advice to leaders on enterprise ServiceNow HR systems
9. Facilitate rapid improvement for problem solving and continuous process improvement
10. Solve problems in a changing and dynamic environment
11. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and training

Required Experience:

1. 5 plus years leading teams in process alignment for ServiceNow deployments
2. ServiceNow Certifications Administration, Implementation
3. Demonstrated experience working with ServiceNow deployment
4. Demonstrated experience working process at the enterprise level with measurable results
5. Strong facilitation skills and the ability to build positive working relationships within a commercial organization
6. Microsoft Office and process modeling skills
7. Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
