The ServiceNow Business Process Analyst will need experience with implementing HRSD employing ITIL best practice across an enterprise. Primary responsibility will be the creation and documentation of enterprise-wide process definition specifications to be implemented on a commercial HRSD platform. Also, responsible for analyzing existing processes and organization structures and re-engineering alternatives, with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future enterprise and systems environment. Create process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating these changes to impacted stakeholders and systems teams.
