The ServiceNow Business Process Analyst will need experience with implementing HRSD employing ITIL best practices across an enterprise. Primary responsibilities include creating and documenting enterprise-wide process definitions for implementation on a commercial HRSD platform. The role also involves analyzing existing processes and organizational structures, re-engineering alternatives, and understanding technical problems and solutions related to the current and future enterprise and systems environment. The analyst will facilitate process changes by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating these changes to stakeholders and systems teams.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Design and assist in the implementation of HRSD processes within a global enterprise.
2. Experience with service providers and managed services.
3. Support IT services and security through IT governance implementation.
4. Design and re-engineer IT support and operations for clients.
5. Model business processes and requirements, integrating them with data and system architecture.
6. Develop operational improvements for IT and methodologies.
7. Lead ServiceNow greenfield deployments and provide guidance on enterprise HR systems.
8. Facilitate rapid problem solving and continuous process improvement.
9. Adapt to changing and dynamic environments.
10. Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and training.

Required Experience:

1. Over 5 years leading teams in process alignment for ServiceNow deployments.
2. ServiceNow Certifications in Administration and Implementation.
3. Experience working with ServiceNow deployments at the enterprise level with measurable results.
4. Strong facilitation skills and ability to build positive relationships within a commercial organization.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and process modeling.
6. Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Certifications:

1. ServiceNow Certifications.
2. ITIL, ITSM.
3. Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
4. Project Management Professional.
5. Business Process Engineer.
