We are looking for a ServiceNow Application Developer with TS Clearance who can work on-site at the client location. The developer will support development efforts and provide high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and implement scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions across modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and others.
2. Translate complex business and functional requirements into robust technical solutions, leveraging ServiceNow best practices and platform capabilities.
3. Collaborate closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to ensure that technical solutions align with business objectives.
4. Lead technical discovery sessions, gather requirements, and assess feasibility of new platform capabilities and enhancements.
5. Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and other platform tools.
6. Support Agile development practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, code reviews, and deployments.
7. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers, ensuring code quality, performance, and adherence to standards.
8. Implement and maintain platform governance, coding standards, and development workflows.
9. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments, including integrations, performance tuning, and data quality concerns.
10. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, configuration guides, and deployment procedures.
11. Stay current on the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and certifications, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and innovation initiatives.
12. Collaborate with project managers and business process consultants to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of platform enhancements.

Requirements

1. U.S. Citizenship required (due to federal contract requirements)
2. Active Top Secret (TS) clearance required
3. Must be able to work on-site at the client location
4. 1 year of experience in air-gapped environment
5. 2+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementations within federal or public sector environments
6. Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, HAM, and SAM
7. Prior experience working in a classified or air-gapped environment
8. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
9. 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow application development, with a focus on federal contracts or government programs
10. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to federal stakeholders and decision-makers.
11. Proven success in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including federal clients, developers, and contract partners.
12. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on optimizing platform performance and aligning solutions with business needs.
13. Deep understanding of federal compliance standards and security frameworks such as FISMA, FedRAMP, and ITIL.
14. Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models supporting federal IT modernization initiatives.
15. Ability to adapt quickly to secure, regulated environments, ensuring compliance while delivering high-quality solutions.
