Position: ServiceNow Business Process Analyst

The ideal candidate will have experience implementing HRSD using ITIL best practices across an enterprise. Responsibilities include creating and documenting enterprise-wide process definitions for a commercial HRSD platform, analyzing and re-engineering existing processes, and communicating changes to stakeholders and systems teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and assist in implementing HRSD processes in a global enterprise
• Experience with service providers and managed services
• Support IT services and security through IT governance
• Design and re-engineer IT support and operations
• Model business processes and requirements, integrating them with data and system architecture
• Recommend operational improvements to IT methodologies
• Lead ServiceNow greenfield deployments
• Guide leadership on enterprise ServiceNow HR systems
• Facilitate continuous process improvement and problem solving
• Adapt to changing environments
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Required Experience:

• 5+ years leading process alignment for ServiceNow deployments
• ServiceNow certifications (Administration, Implementation)
• Experience with ServiceNow deployment and enterprise process modeling
• Strong facilitation and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and process modeling tools
• Excellent communication skills
