Job summary
TCS in Chicago, IL (flexible for remote) seeks a Service Design Analyst to drive ServiceNow workflow design and optimization. You will analyze business requirements, design user-centric workflows, catalogs, and forms, and partner with service owners to deliver high-quality solutions.
Proven experience in ServiceNow, UX principles, and Agile/Scrum is required. Collaboration with IT teams and stakeholders will be ongoing to improve service delivery and user satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of business analysis experience, with at least 2 years focused on ServiceNow platform workflows and service delivery.
- Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow workflows, catalogs, and forms that deliver positive user experiences.
- Experience working with business stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and deliver solutions.
- Background in UX design or human-centered design principles.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).
Responsibilities
- Design ServiceNow workflows, catalogs, request forms, and approvals to improve usability and efficiency for providers and recipients.
- Analyze requirements with service owners and translate into actionable workflow specifications.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure feasibility and scalability of solutions.
- Create and analyze as-is and to-be journey maps and process diagrams for continuous improvement.
