• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of IT experience with 5+ years focused on ServiceNow architecture.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and administration.
• Hands‑on experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Asset Management.
