• 10+ years of IT experience with 6+ years of ServiceNow architecture and development.
• Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSM, HRSD, GRC/IRM, and SPM.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Experience with AI Agent Studio, Now Assist, and AI-powered ServiceNow capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Builder, and Client Scripts.
• Experience designing and implementing REST/SOAP API integrations with enterprise applications.
• Expertise in CMDB architecture, platform governance, performance optimization, and platform upgrades.
• Strong leadership experience with architecture reviews, technical mentoring, and enterprise solution design.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
