Qualifications
- 3+ years of ServiceNow development and engineering experience.
- CSA certification and related certifications.
- Experience with ServiceNow cloud platforms.
- Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow products and integrations.
- Experience with CI between ServiceNow modules and other applications.
- Experience in regulated IT lifecycle management, including security, auditing and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the ServiceNow platform aligned with strategy.
- Contribute to design and sign off on complex features.
- Adhere to ServiceNow coding standards and quality controls.
- Review demand for fit to products and due diligence on complex features.
- Support security, risk and compliance integrations in ServiceNow.
- Leverage MID servers for integration and automation.
