First National Bank of Omaha is seeking a Systems Analyst to join a Delivery team, refining user stories and tasks, and ensuring clarity for Sprint Planning. You’ll collaborate with owners and analysts to validate requirements and participate in Scrum ceremonies, ensuring stories are ready for delivery.
The role emphasizes producing clear acceptance criteria, grooming the backlog with the team, and supporting the program analyst in writing stories. A strong communication skillset is essential.
Systems Analysts are assigned to one Delivery team within a Program. This individual is responsible for working closely with the Delivery team to refine User Stories, Tasks and Acceptance Criteria. The Systems Analyst collaborates with the Capability Owner and Program Analyst to research and validate requirements and make sure that the Delivery team has clarity in regards to User Stories and Tasks. The Systems Analyst attends all Scrum ceremonies and is accountable for ensuring that User Stories are ready for Sprint Planning.

Compensation range (base pay): $79,363.00-$130,949.00
Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing in-person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week.
