FNBO is seeking a Systems Analyst to join a delivery team, refining User Stories, Tasks and Acceptance Criteria. The analyst will collaborate with the Capability Owner and Program Analyst to ensure clarity for the Sprint Planning and support Scrum ceremonies.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in IT, production support experience, strong debugging skills, and experience automating file transfers with Unix/Windows scripting, SSL certificate deployment, and HA environment oversight.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS/CS or related tech field.
  • 3+ years in an IT environment or production support experience.
  • Strong debugging skills and ability to automate file transfers with Unix/Windows scripting.
  • Experience deploying SSL certificates and enforcing security controls.
  • Oversee HA environments and file transfer solutions; collaborate across delivery teams.

  • Collaborate with Business Units to understand issues and resolve in a timely manner.
  • Provide 24x7 incident response and resolution for supported systems.
  • Administer internal systems, servers and components; engage in Continuous Improvement.

Administration of internal system, servers and components and engage in Continuous ImprovementJob QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or other technology related field or equivalent years of experience 3+ years of experience in information technology environment Production Support Experience Strong Debugging Skills Experience automating day-to-day file transfer tasks with Unix/Windows scripting Ability to create , install and replace SSL certificates. Ability to deploy standards and procedures to comply with Audit, Configuration, and Security Oversee the installation and maintenance of environments for high availability, creating services, adapters and configuring property files to implement file transfer solutions. Strong oral and written communication skills to enable the on-boarding process across delivery teams Works with the Capability Owner, Program Analyst and Scrum Master to continually groom the User Story backlog Supports the Program Analyst in writing User Stories and Acceptance Criteria Researches questions on how the functionality is implemented Partners closely with Testers and Developers to ensure User Stories are refined and available for Sprint Planning Communicates business requirements in technical termsThe Ideal Candidate for This Role:Preferred QualificationsDirect experience supporting Managed File Transfers environmentExperience working with the business unit to gather acceptance criteria for user storiesCandidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.Compensation:Compensation range (base pay): $79,363.00-$130,949.00This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.Work Environment:It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing in-person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week.
