Job summary

FNBO is seeking a Systems Analyst to join a Delivery team and refine user stories, tasks and acceptance criteria within a Scrum framework. You will collaborate with the Capability Owner and Program Analyst to ensure clarity and readiness for Sprint Planning.

The role involves participating in all Scrum ceremonies, supporting the backlog grooming, and ensuring timely issue resolution with cross-functional teams. A hybrid work setup is anticipated, with both in-office and remote days.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS/CS or related field; 3+ years in IT environment.
  • Strong debugging skills and ability to automate day-to-day tasks.
  • Experience automating file transfers with Unix/Windows scripting.
  • Ability to deploy SSL certificates and ensure compliance with audit and security standards.
  • Oversee environments for high availability and create services/adapters.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Business Units to understand issues, update work in progress, and resolve in a timely manner.
  • Provide 24x7 critical incident response and resolution for supported systems.
  • Administration of internal systems, servers and components and engage in Continuous Improvement
  • Work with Capability Owner, Program Analyst and Scrum Master to groom the User Story backlog and ensure stories ready for Sprint Planning
  • Partner with Testers and Developers to refine User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or other technology related field or equivalent years of experience 3+ years of experience in information technology environment Production Support Experience Strong Debugging Skills Experience automating day-to-day file transfer tasks with Unix/Windows scripting Ability to create , install and replace SSL certificates. Ability to deploy standards and procedures to comply with Audit, Configuration, and Security Oversee the installation and maintenance of environments for high availability, creating services, adapters and configuring property files to implement file transfer solutions. Strong oral and written communication skills to enable the on-boarding process across delivery teams Works with the Capability Owner, Program Analyst and Scrum Master to continually groom the User Story backlog Supports the Program Analyst in writing User Stories and Acceptance Criteria Researches questions on how the functionality is implemented Partners closely with Testers and Developers to ensure User Stories are refined and available for Sprint Planning Communicates business requirements in technical terms

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:
Preferred Qualifications

Direct experience supporting Managed File Transfers environment

Experience working with the business unit to gather acceptance criteria for user stories

Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

Compensation:

Compensation range (base pay): $79,363.00-$130,949.00

This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.

Work Environment:

It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing in-person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week. As part of our team, you'll experience the energy and relationship-building of face-to-face collaboration while still enjoying the flexibility of remote workdays. We provide the tools and technology to ensure seamless transitions between work environments, supporting your productivity wherever you are. Please note that work location is subject to change based on business needs.
