FNBO in Omaha, NE is seeking a Production Specialist responsible for lockbox processing equipment, meeting daily targets, and maintaining accurate reporting. The schedule is full-time, Thursday through Monday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, onsite.
You will master Falcon, Eagle, and Opex 40 systems, monitor queues, provide training to new hires, and participate in continuous improvement and compliance activities. Compensation ranges from $37,454 to $59,927 with standard benefits.
Full Time - Thurs - Mon 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Objective: Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in core lockbox processing equipment while meeting department production targets and maintaining accurate daily reporting.
Objective: Process all customer and bank deposits with exceptional accuracy, modeling best practices for the broader team.
Objective: Serve as the department's subject matter expert on Falcon, Eagle, and Opex 40 systems, ensuring work keeps moving and all processing meets deadlines.
Objective: Support department growth by providing formal one-on-one training to new hires on core processing systems and procedures.
Objective: Advance professional capabilities while maintaining full compliance with all regulatory and operational requirements.
1. Standard office machine experience 2. Demonstrated ability to solve or support complex clerical/department functions. 3. Personal computer skills.
4. Six months of previous Payment Processor experience.
1. Regular and predictable attendance is a required essential function of the job. 2. High school diploma or equivalent. 3. One year related experience (production or payment processing). 4. Ability to understand and follow standard procedures, oral or written instruction.
Compensation range (base pay): $37,454.00-$59,927.00
This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.
Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
