Job summary

University of Maryland, College Park is seeking a ServiceNow Engineer in the Division of Information Technology to configure, customize, and maintain the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, Service Catalog, Portals, Knowledge, CMDB, Hardware Asset Management, and Customer Service Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Three (3) years of professional experience implementing and managing enterprise solutions.
• Experience administering or developing within large-scale ServiceNow implementations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Customize and configure ServiceNow using built-in features (UI policies, business rules, data policies, client scripts).
• Integrate ServiceNow with external applications via REST API and Integration HUB, CSV, and Excel files.
