Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with extensive ServiceNow platform experience.
• Experience in ITSM/ITAM/ITOM including CMDB and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Establishes a technical roadmap for platform and lifecycle strategy.
• Ensures secure architecture and data integrity across platform lifecycle.
• Delivers rapid, scalable technical solutions aligned to business needs.
• Troubleshoots platform issues and optimizes performance.
• Drives continuous improvements of implementation methodology.
