Job summary

LT Consulting is seeking a ServiceNow Engineer/Developer to build custom ServiceNow applications and integrations for clients in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes custom development and QA, plus some system administration exposure.

Responsibilities include configuring workflows, integrating external systems, and prototyping to showcase ServiceNow capabilities. The team collaborates with clients and IT staff to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience in test automation and QA.
• Experience with automated testing tools (Cypress, Selenium, Playwright or JMeter).
• Experience automating tests for web apps, APIs, and backend services.
• Familiarity with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Argo).
• Strong scripting or programming in JavaScript or Java.
• Understanding of testing methodologies (unit, integration, regression, performance).
• Experience in Agile environments using JIRA and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom ServiceNow applications using modern web technologies.
• Configure out-of-the-box workflows and maintain custom workflows.
• Configure fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles and access controls.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third party systems via APIs.
• Participate in meetings to identify unique use cases for ServiceNow.
• Prototype new solutions to demonstrate ServiceNow capabilities to clients.
