Job summary

Archer, in collaboration with MANTECH, seeks a motivated ServiceNow Engineer to join our team in Doral, FL. Design, implement, and customize ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM/ITAM modules, develop workflows, and integrate REST/SOAP APIs to support mission networks.

Requires a BS in CS/IT with 5+ years of ServiceNow experience (Master/Assoc options allowed). Top secret clearance preferred. Strong JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and documentation skills. Certifications such as CSA or CAD are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow engineering or platform development.
• Proven experience designing, developing, and administering enterprise ServiceNow platform solutions and custom modules.
• Strong background in JavaScript, Web Services (REST/SOAP), HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow workflow orchestration.
• Experience maintaining platform baselines, configuration management controls, and instance patch update cycles.
• Experience creating, maintaining, and communicating complex technical engineering documentation and architecture diagrams.
• Preferred certifications such as CSA or CAD; DoD environment experience; ITIL familiarity; DevSecOps practices; cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Proven experience designing, developing, and administering enterprise ServiceNow platform solutions and custom modules.
• Strong background in JavaScript, Web Services (REST/SOAP), HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow workflow orchestration.
• Experience maintaining platform baselines, configuration management controls, and instance patch update cycles.
• Experience creating, maintaining, and communicating complex technical engineering documentation and architecture diagrams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant professional certifications such as Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) or Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD).
• Prior experience supporting U.S. Military Command operations, Combatant Command environments, or Department of Defense enterprise technical environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework, DevSecOps deployment practices, and DoD STIG compliance automation.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multi-disciplinary engineering teams in fast-paced operational environments.

Clearance Requirements

• Must hold a current/active top secret security clearance.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
• Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
• Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
