Arkhya Tech Inc. in the United States is seeking a senior ServiceNow Delivery Lead to guide complex programs, manage scope, schedules, and budgets, and serve as the client-facing face for delivery success across multiple endeavors.

You will drive ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and platform modernization, coordinate cross-functional teams and executive communications, and support proposals, estimations, and account growth through strong governance and vendor management.

Competenze

• 12+ years in ServiceNow delivery/program management.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, Discovery, and integrations.
• Experience with Agile and hybrid delivery models.
• Proven stakeholder engagement and governance skills.
• Financial/resource planning and vendor management expertise.
• Technical awareness of ServiceNow platform best practices.
