Insight Xcite is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications across enterprise environments supporting intelligence community missions. The role emphasizes hands-on development, platform configuration, and integration work, with a focus on ITSM, CMDB, and Flow Designer.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with a Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) required.
• ≥6 years of software development or platform engineering experience.
• Hands-on ServiceNow platform development and configuration in enterprise environments.
• Experience with ITSM, CMDB, HAM/SAM, Service Portal, or Flow Designer.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities
• Support implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow modules and workflows
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external systems
• Configure forms, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and Flow Designer solutions
• Support CMDB, ITSM, asset management, and operational support initiatives
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform, integration, and performance issues
• Collaborate with engineers, administrators, and operational stakeholders
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and platform configurations
