Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance (TS preferred) and ability to work onsite in Washington, DC.
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog in federal environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
• Build and maintain scripts, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and automation.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other data exchange methods.

• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform security and compliance.

ServiceNow Developer Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid 3 onsite/2 remote) Clearance: Active Secret (TS Preferred) Type: Exempt About This Role A ServiceNow Developer is needed to support a mission‑focused federal program in Washington, DC. This fully onsite role involves designing, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow applications and integrations in a secure environment. An active Secret clearance is required on day one.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.

• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other data exchange methods.
• Support upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, MID Server, and Discovery.
• Background supporting federal agencies or classified environments

Salary: $85,000 – $165,000
