Job summary

Koniag Data Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a ServiceNow developer with an active Secret clearance to support our government customer in Arlington, VA. You will document requirements, develop apps and widgets, and create dashboards using Performance Analytics.

Responsibilities include supporting, upgrading, and securing ServiceNow instances, implementing Flow Designer workflows, and delivering advanced reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience (Vancouver/DC releases preferred).
• 3+ years ITSM/ITOM implementation experience.
• Ability to evaluate business processes and implement ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience with Performance Analytics preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Secret Clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to document business requirements for ServiceNow.
• Develop or modify Custom Applications and Service Portal widgets.
• Coordinate with data owners on ACLs and data controls.
• Create dashboards and analytics using Performance Analytics and ServiceNow Reporting.
• Provide Tier 3 support for ServiceNow applications and scripting issues.
• Develop using ServiceNow App Engine and Flow Designer.
• Support, update, and secure existing ServiceNow instances and integrations.
• Design Service Portal pages and advanced Catalog Items.
• Implement automated workflows using Flow Designer.
• Develop reporting with Spotlight and PA indicators.
• Provide technical support across instance management and CMDB health.
