Job summary

IntelliDyne, LLC is seeking a ServiceNow Developer in Washington, DC, to design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications and integrations in a secure, fully onsite environment. An active Secret clearance is required on day one, with TS preferred.

The role focuses on building workflows, scripting, and integrations, supporting upgrades, and ensuring platform security and compliance in a federal setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog modules.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and secure federal environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
• Build and maintain scripts, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and automation.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other data exchange methods.
• Support upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform security and compliance.
• Maintain documentation and support end users as needed.
