Job summary

Koniag Data Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company, seeks a ServiceNow developer with an active Secret clearance to support our federal client in Arlington, VA.

The role focuses on defining business requirements, building custom ServiceNow apps, and delivering dashboards and analytics using Performance Analytics and Reporting tools. Strong JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow APIs knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience (Vancouver/Washington DC releases preferred).
• 3+ years of ITSM/ITOM implementation experience (replacing SharePoint development).
• Experience evaluating existing business processes to recommend and implement ServiceNow-based solutions.
• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow APIs.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Define and document business requirements for the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop Custom Applications and Service Portal widgets with the development team.
• Coordinate with data owners to ensure proper ACL configurations.
• Create dashboards and advanced analytics using Performance Analytics and ServiceNow Reporting tools.
• Provide Tier 3 technical support for ServiceNow applications, including scripting and business rules.
• Develop applications using ServiceNow App Engine and Flow Designer.
• Support, update, and secure existing ServiceNow instances and integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Design and create Service Portal pages and advanced Catalog Items.
• Implement automated workflows using Flow Designer.
• Design and develop reporting using Spotlight and PA Indicators.
• Support instance cloning and upgrades and CMDB health with data engineers.
