Yakshna Solutions, Inc. in Richmond, VA (Hybrid) is seeking a Programmer Analyst with .Net Core to design and develop robust web applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and modern JavaScript frameworks. The role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in web development, strong expertise in Oracle SQL Server, PL/SQL, and hands-on experience with TFS, Agile SDLC, and automated builds. U.S. citizens or Green Card holders preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of web app development with JavaScript and modern frameworks.
• 10+ years of automated builds using Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS).
• 7+ years of Oracle SQL Server and PL/SQL experience.
• 7+ years of experience in process automation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• 3+ years in Agile SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Develop applications and backend services using C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, and Blazor.
• Design and implement reusable software patterns for maintainability.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure quality delivery.
• Apply system design patterns and perform thorough testing practices.
• Understand business processes and IT strategies to guide solutions.
• Collaborate with analysts to clarify requirements and implement them.
• Participate in Agile SDLC.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Ability to develop applications and backend services using C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Java Script, JQuery, Angular JS, Node.js, CSS and Blazor.
• Design and develop using appropriate software design patterns to attain high reusability and maintainability.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience working with Oracle SQL Server databases.
• 7+ years of experience with PL/SQL and Oracle Database development.
• 7+ years of experience in process automation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• 3+ years of experience working within Agile SDLC methodologies and best practices.

Salary: $120,000-$125,000 annually with benefits
