Job summary

Capgemini in Tempe, AZ seeks a skilled ServiceNow Application Developer to design, build, and deploy custom applications across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM ecosystems.

Responsibilities include automating workflows with Flow Designer, integrating with external systems via REST/SOAP, UI Builder portals, and rigorous ATF testing; 3-5+ years of software development with 1-3 years focused on ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Degree in Computer Science or a closely-related discipline, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy custom ServiceNow applications across ITSM, ITOM and ITAM ecosystems.
• Develop and maintain automated workflows, approvals, and SLAs using Flow Designer.
• Connect ServiceNow with third-party enterprise systems using REST/SOAP and Integration Hub.
• Create intuitive UI with Service Portal, Service Catalogs, and UI Builder, and perform ATF testing prior to production.
