Job summary

HUB International is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our Platform Team in Chicago. You will design, develop, test, and deploy platform enhancements, integrations, and automations across the ServiceNow environment within an Agile delivery model.

You will work with IT and business users to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions, including incident/change service catalog, CMDB, ITOM, and related modules.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience in ITSM/ITOM/HAM.
• Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules and integrations using Flow Designer and Script Includes.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow to meet business requirements across ITSM, ITOM, and HAM.
• Develop server-side and client-side scripts, UI policies, and business rules.
• Design and maintain integrations via IntegrationHub, REST, and SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and partners in an Agile environment to deliver solutions.
• Contribute to testing, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
