Are you a ServiceNow Developer who loves solving complex problems, building smart solutions, and making technology work better for everyone? MaineHealth is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team in a fully remote role, supporting and enhancing the technology that keeps a large healthcare organization running smoothly.
In this role, you'll work hands-on with the ServiceNow platform, developing, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing applications and workflows. You'll help design and implement solutions that improve efficiency, streamline processes, and support business needs across the organization. You'll also collaborate with technical teams and business partners, so strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly are just as important as your development expertise.
We're looking for someone with at least 3 years of relevant experience, including hands-on expertise with ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and Configuration Management Database (CMDB). ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications are required, while experience with Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) is a plus.
If you enjoy building creative solutions, tackling technical challenges, and working with a collaborative team where your ideas and expertise can make a real impact, this could be a great opportunity to bring your ServiceNow skills to MaineHealth— all while working remotely!
The ServiceNow Developer role will provide administration, application development, maintenance and technical support using web programming techniques to configure robust solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

We recognize the value each team member brings to our organization. Any offer of employment will depend on qualifications such as skills, relevant experience, education, certifications, and other job-related factors. The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package.
The pay range for this position is $89,980.80 to $121,721.60 per year.
Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
In addition to base pay, MaineHealth offers comprehensive benefits, recognition programs, career growth opportunities, and, where applicable, shift differentials or other incentives.
